Return Policy
We offer a return option for defective products within 14 days of receipt. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately at sakasiya.customer@gmail.com to address the issue and initiate the return process.
How to Initiate a Return

- Upon confirmation, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label for sending back the defective item.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This enables us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, according to the EU consumer protection laws. The item must be in its original unused condition with all tags and in its original packaging.
